2. This form should be used for voluntary retirement requests only or for requesting to take payment of your deferred pension benefit. If an estimate is required for flexible retirement, or you may be at risk of redundancy, then your employer will need to complete a different form and submit this on your behalf.

I would now like to formally consider taking my pension entitlements
1. I confirm I have run retirement projections online and I would now like to retire in the near future. Please provide me with a formal estimate before I confirm that I wish to take my pension (and any tax-free lump sum). I am aware that if I am requesting an estimate to draw my deferred benefit a claim pack will be issued to me.
2. A formal quotation will take 10 working days for deferred members no longer paying in to the scheme. Active members may take longer to receive an estimate if we are required to contact your payroll provider for up to date salary details
